The first joy of my day Comes with the beauty of your existence The warm greeting of your sincere love Genuinely happy to realize I was lucky enough to be reborn again That I’m breathing, thriving With the rain Alive to see another day The second joy of my day Comes with the reassurance of your will to live It’s when you let me know you’re taking good care Of the soft system that rules inside your body Which is a temple of unexplored pleasure and desires The vehicle of your soul, here to take you on the journey Of completing your mission of love in this lifetime And, playfully you describe, with detail such The delicacies you had for lunch The third joy of my day Comes with the marvel of your time to spare Paying attention to all the silly games I love to play And being very affectionate with the glimpses of madness That sometimes escape from my acrobatic mind And then, with the elemental calmness of a bird that descends And roosts in a sturdy branch against the sunset You
Adieu mon coeur
Te expulso hoy al jamás
No tendrás de mi nada
Más que las palabras
Artificiales
Y azuladas
Adieu mon coeur
Genghis Khan herido
Lago seco
Hoy, gorrión liberado
Pájaro azul
Bosque de pinos
Adiós, cigarra
Después de un año bajo la tierra
Cantando al sol a to
Y voy y vengo y voy y vengo

My windy self was nothing but a storm
That wrecked and destroyed your city of clouds
My river of love was a dangerous deluge
That wildly consumed the road to your heart
My uncaged bird song turned into a wyvern
That fiercely jumped against your fragile shoulder
The star that I gave to you,
from the darkest reaches of the cosmos
Was too hot for your painter hands to handle
So you dropped it in the Arctic Sea
I wished to become the rain upon your fields
So that the greenery of your heart would always breathe
But you mistook my rain for the monsoon
And your rituals to beseech my demise took a toll
on my weary soul
I prayed to the Moon

Old Flames (Can Become Wildfires At Night)
Old flame, you light up a candle on this winter night
You burn brighter than the White Northern Star
Combusting the air that I yearn to breath
Your crude flame
Won’t comfort or kindle my skin amid the cold sky
With a word and a touch
You engulfed all the lush in my heart
Roaring wintertide ember
Everything went back to cinders with great haste
If once your warmth made me feel less alone
Tonight, nothing but dark ashes
Have burnt the tip of my impatient fingers
And left me unable to merge with magic words like I used to before
My passionate hero, I used to deem you capable
Of battling the icy winds that blew from within

Haven't written one of these in a long while!
Inspiration is overflowing through my inner channels. I'm writting like crazy! So much inside me.
I think I found a rush of inspiration on a mountain river in a town I went by today. That river was my mikvah.
(I am like 0% religious but I honest-to-goodness swear I almost screamed "Todarabah" at that river when it awoke my skin with a cold sprinkle.)
I needed so badly to scream!!! I had a great need of feeling alive and letting off weeks of steam that have felt like years. I wanted to drown and to dive but like a fish, not like a human being. Or maybe like a zora.
I stepped knee-deep in that
